UPDATING AND COMPUTERIZATION POLICY
The updating of the bibliographic collection is carried out every six months by bibliographic indications, established together with the curriculum of the subjects offered by FAP's Undergraduate and Graduate Courses, as described in the IES Pedagogical Projects.
In addition to these bibliographies, it has titles of reference works, periodicals and special materials, which are fundamental to the theoretical framework of the areas of knowledge.
Requests for materials are evaluated, checking the relevance and pertinence for the composition of the collection, in order to meet the needs of the students. The analysis for acquisition is the responsibility of the Selection Committee.
The entire collection is computerized, making it easier to access and search for information.
