According to the provisions of art. 3, from CNE / CES Resolution No. 9/2004, the FAP law graduate will have a professional profile that will consist of solid humanistic and axiological training. It will be endowed with the capacity for analysis and synthesis, mastery of legal concepts and terminology, adequate argumentation, interpretation and valuation of legal and social phenomena, combined with an ethical, reflective and critical view, with aptitude for autonomous, empirical learning and dynamic, indispensable to the exercise of the Science of Law, the provision of justice and the development of citizenship, in the face of the complexity and peculiarities of regional social issues.

In this sense, the professional who graduated from the FAP Law Course will be able to contribute effectively to the fundamental rights of the human person, as their training will be based on the theoretical and practical study of human rights, as well as the study of the environment, in order to keep it ecologically balanced.
